INGREDIENTS
- 5 oz butter
- 4 oz granulated sugar
- 4 oz brown sugar
- .12 oz salt
- 3 oz eggs
- .16 oz vanilla
- 10 oz pastry flour
- .12 oz baking soda
- 10 oz chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Use creaming method: cream together butter and sugar, add in eggs one at a time and alternate between liquid/sifted flour
- Drop method: scoop cookies and drop onto sheet pan lined with parchment
- Bake 8-13 minutes, depending on size
