A classic take on the classic chocolate chip cookie.

INGREDIENTS


  •  5 oz butter
  • 4 oz granulated sugar
  • 4 oz brown sugar
  • .12 oz salt
  • 3 oz eggs
  • .16 oz vanilla
  • 10 oz pastry flour
  • .12 oz baking soda
  • 10 oz chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS


  • Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Use creaming method: cream together butter and sugar, add in eggs one at a time and alternate between liquid/sifted flour
  • Drop method: scoop cookies and drop onto sheet pan lined with parchment
  • Bake 8-13 minutes, depending on size
