A little inspo from culinary school. Perfecting the dish each time.


The dishes from culinary school always seem to turn out perfectly. So we're trying to perfect them each time at home with our family and friends! From the French omelette to the fabulous menusets of my CHEF 1300 (Professional Cooking & Dining Room Service) class, the dishes can become our own and we can decide what we like to make over and over again!


I also lean heavily on the pastries from Fundamentals of Baking and Advanced Pastry Shop. Pies and tarts are especially special to me, as well as the tricky laminated doughs that can turn out so many different products.
