Sweet breads are a gift from heaven. They're not quite desserts but they're not quite traditional bread.

     This is simply one of my favorite sections.


    The breads have been at the center of everything that I've put into this effort. I truly love every aspect of these sourdough creations. From start to finish, each step is a little labor of love. And yes, I've been up at 3 and 4 in the morning to make sure they didn't over proof. I have often dreamed of having my own little boulangerie.


    Even if that dream never happens, I have been able to bake to my heart's delight, producing delightful breads and other delicious pastries for friends and family.
